Schools writing competition

Introducing our new writing competition for local schools. Children in Years 3 - 9 are invited to enter:

 

A new world

Have you ever imagined what the world would be like if…?

Write a poem or a short story on the topic of 'a new world' - the only rule is that it should be under 500 words! 

 

Send your entry to bloxhamfestivalcompetition@gmail.com by 31 December 2017. 

Please include your full name, school and school year in your email.

 

There are three age groups: Years 3 and 4; Years 5 and 6; and KS3

First prize: £25 book tokens    Runner-up prize: £15 book tokens.

 

Winners will be announced by our panel of authors at the 2018 Festival of Faith and Literature.
