The Restless Wave

In The Restless Wave, the chance discovery of two photographs and a letter sets teacher Nell on the path to uncover a secret dating back to the Second World War. Told from the three perspectives of Nell, her mother and her grandfather, the novel explores the complexities of family dynamics as each generation tries to make sense of the world and the events of their time. Festival director Sarah Meyrick talks about her forthcoming novel with John Pritchard, former Bishop of Oxford.
